Understanding the requirements
I begin by learning who will use the product, what problems they face, and what tasks are most important. I look at where users get stuck and what steps confuse them.
Wireframe & prototype
User flows and wireframes before any visual work. This is where we agree on structure and logic. Changing a wireframe takes minutes changing a designed screen takes hours. We do it in the right order.
UI design & components
High-fidelity screens with full component systems. Every button, state, form, and edge case covered. I design the happy path and what happens when things go wrong, when data is empty, when permissions restrict access.
Ship & Hand Off
Figma files with annotated specs, component states, spacing tokens, and interaction notes. Your engineers get files they can build from without chasing me for clarification. On-time delivery is the minimum standard.
